1. Eligibility & User Obligations

2. Donation & Payment Gateway Protocols

Expert Social Foundation leverages secure, third-party integrated payment processing solutions (such as Razorpay/Paytm) to accept philanthropic contributions, financial donations, and support fees.

Voluntary Intent: All financial contributions processed through this Site are understood to be made completely voluntarily by the user/donor.
Accuracy of Financial Data: When completing a transaction, you agree to provide authentic, valid, and authorized banking credentials (including Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Net Banking, or UPI data). The foundation is not liable for unauthorized card utilization.
Fund Allocation Transparency: All gathered funds are exclusively allocated to run our ground operations, including Free Education camps, Healthcare setups, Environmental programs, Women Empowerment cells, and the operations of the Expert Library infrastructure.

3. Shipping & Delivery Policy

As a registered Section 8 non-profit organization dedicated to social welfare and services, Expert Social Foundation does not engage in the commercial sale, physical shipping, or logistical delivery of physical products or tangible commodities.

Service-Based Model: All transactions executed on this website constitute voluntary charitable donations or institutional service registrations for community education/skill development programs.
Instant Digital Confirmation: Consequently, no physical shipping timeline applies. Donors and participants receive an instantaneous financial receipt and digital transaction confirmation via their verified email address and SMS immediately upon successful processing by our linked payment gateways.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Non-Refundable Contributions: All charitable donations made to the Expert Social Foundation through our integrated transaction networks are considered final and strictly non-refundable.
Transaction Assessment: Donors are requested to carefully review payment amounts, recipient designations, and source account details before executing the final payment token.
Erroneous Transactions: In rare circumstances where a technical server error results in a duplicate transaction or an unintended donation amount, the donor must report the discrepancy within 7 working days to support@expertsocialfoundation.org. The management will review the digital log entries and reserves the ultimate authority to determine eligibility for a reversal through the original payment source channel.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All digital materials, graphic designs, proprietary logos, institutional layouts, textual databases, text modules, and field-work imagery displayed on this website are the intellectual property of the Expert Social Foundation.
No user is permitted to reproduce, modify, replicate, or commercially distribute any photographic documentation, event log entries, or code structural designs from this platform without explicit, written statutory authorization from the foundation’s Board of Directors.

6. Limitation of Liability

Expert Social Foundation, its Board of Directors (Director Jaypal Lodhi and Director Jitendra Lodhi), office bearers, and field volunteers shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use this platform, technical transaction failures, or minor informational errors present in our career update archives.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in strict accordance with the federal and corporate laws of the Republic of India. Any legal disputes, compliance challenges, or arbitrations arising from the use of this transactional web platform shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Shivpuri, Madhya Pradesh, India.

8. Amendments to Terms
