CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

As a legally registered non-profit organization incorporated under Section 8 of the Companies Act, 2013 in India (CIN: U88900MP2026NPL082508), we are committed to maintaining maximum transparency, ethical practice, and complete compliance regarding all financial transactions executed on our digital platform.

Because our platform processes voluntary charitable donations, project contributions, and educational service registrations rather than tangible commercial merchandise, we operate under a strict financial structure outlined below.

1. Nature of Transactions

All financial contributions, sponsorships, and support funds submitted through our secure integrated payment gateways (including UPI, Net Banking, Credit/Debit Cards, and Wallets) are completely voluntary acts of philanthropy. These funds are immediately mapped and allocated to drive our on-ground social welfare operations, including:

  • Free Education camps, study kit distributions, and Expert Library infrastructure.

  • Rural Healthcare check-up drives and community nutritional support programs.

  • Women Empowerment workshops, skill development frameworks, and environmental sustainability initiatives.

2. Cancellation Policy

  • Donations: Once a voluntary donation transaction is authorized and successfully executed online by the donor, it cannot be canceled or recalled. Funds enter our developmental resource pool immediately to support active community projects.

  • Program/Event Registrations: In cases where users submit fees to register for specific vocational training camps, structural skill workshops, or community seminars organized by the foundation, cancellation requests must be submitted at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled launch of the event by emailing support@expertsocialfoundation.org.

3. Return Policy

  • Non-Applicability to Physical Goods: Expert Social Foundation does not sell, ship, or rent physical products, retail commodities, or tangible goods.

  • Digital Acknowledgments: All services rendered are non-tangible and immediate. Upon a successful transaction, users instantly receive a digital payment acknowledgment, a transaction receipt, and an invoice token via their registered email address and mobile number. Therefore, standard commercial “product returns” are entirely non-applicable to our operations.

4. Refund Policy

  • Strict Non-Refundable Clause: Except under the explicit technical circumstances detailed below, all donations and contributions made to the Expert Social Foundation are final, non-refundable, and non-transferable.

  • Technical Error & Duplicate Processing Exceptions: We recognize that internet latency, banking channel delays, or payment gateway timeouts can occasionally cause technical anomalies. We will review refund requests exclusively under the following scenarios:

    1. A single donation attempt results in a duplicate or multiple debits from the donor’s bank account due to a technical server lag.

    2. An unauthorized transaction occurs due to a verified cyber breach or payment gateway vulnerability, independent of user negligence.

5. Refund Claim & Processing Protocol

If you experience a duplicate charge or a clear technical settlement error, please follow our formal resolution workflow:

  • Filing Window: The donor must officially report the transaction error within 7 working days from the date of the payment execution. Requests submitted beyond this window will not be eligible for administrative review.

  • Required Documentation: To initiate a review, send an email to support@expertsocialfoundation.org containing:

    • Full name and contact credentials of the donor.

    • Exact transaction date, time, and total monetary amount.

    • Transaction ID / Payment Gateway Reference Number (e.g., Razorpay/Paytm Order ID).

    • A digital screenshot of the payment success confirmation or a clear copy of the relevant bank statement showing the duplicate deduction.

  • Review & Verification: The administrative finance cell of the foundation will cross-reference the claim with our merchant ledger logs within 3 to 5 business days to verify if duplicate funds were successfully received by our bank account.

  • Settlement Execution: If the technical error is validated, the refund will be approved and processed. In strict compliance with Indian banking laws, the refunded amount will be credited exclusively back to the original source account/payment channel (the specific card, bank account, or UPI ID used during the transaction).

  • Turnaround Timeline: Depending on your banking institution’s processing times, it generally takes 5 to 7 working days for the reversed funds to reflect in your account statement after institutional release.
